How to make
Wash the rice, pour it into a pot and pour 1 cup of hot water. Put the lid on and leave it for 1 hour.
Then strain it very well, add the butter and olive oil to it, as well as finely chopped onions and garlic. Fry, until the water evaporates and the rice begins to fry.
Add the wine, put the lid on and reduce the heat. After 10 minutes add the broth.
Boil for 30-40 minutes on low heat, sprinkle with black pepper and remove it from heat.

Cook the salmon pieces in a grill pan and serve them on the portions of rice. Sprinkle them with ground walnuts and black pepper.
