  • red onion - 1 onion
  • canned beans - 12 oz (350 g)
  • cheddar cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mozzarella cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. (or oil)
  • mexican spice mix - 1 tsp.

How to make

To prepare the enchiladas, first, cut the chicken into small cubes.

Now it's time to fry it along with the onion in the heated oil.
