How to make
If you don't have leftover boiled rice from another dish, boil rice with as little salt as for 1 serving.
Crack the egg into a pan with a little sesame oil. Fry it, but make sure the yolk stays runny.
Put the rice in a bowl and place the egg on top. Sprinkle with a little sesame oil and soy sauce and add as much black pepper and salt as you like.
If desired, you can add nori sheets on top and that's how you finish off the Omurice.
