How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the soft butter and flour and continue beating until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Crush or chop the walnuts and chocolate with a sharp knife. You can grind them individually in a blender on medium speed, so that they do not become too fine.
Add the walnuts and dark chocolate to the mixture and mix everything well.
Distribute the mixture evenly in a small baking pan. I used a round baking pan with a diameter of 18 cm, but I recommend using a smaller one to make the chocolate brownie thicker. I got 4 thinner pieces, which is still good - I served two per person.
Bake the appetizing brownies at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. It is not good to bake it for too long, in order to keep it moist on the inside.
Serve the quick brownie for two warm or chilled with a scoop of homemade ice cream for contrast, in the company of whipped cream.
