How to make
Wash the peas and pour them into a pot. Cover them in water and place the pot on the stove.
Once the water has boiled, boil them for 15 minutes and add the oil, tomato puree, broth and salt.
Boil for another 20 minutes, add the crushed garlic and remove the pot from the heat.
You can serve the garnish cold - it will be even tastier.
