How to make
Cut peaches into slices. On each in the middle, wrap a piece of prosciutto.
Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper and roast them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the Halloumi cheese into an oblong shape. The pieces need to be as many as the peach slices are.
Grease a heated pan with oil and bake the cheese on both sides.
Serve them by placing a slice of peach on a slice of cheese and piercing a cocktail stick through them.
Decorate the Roasted Peaches with Prosciutto and Halloumi Cheese with parsley leaves.
