"It may look like just another chicken recipe with processed cheese but you`ll fall in love with this one from the first bite."

Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cream cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) Philadelphia, or other
  • liquid cream - 1.75 oz (50 ml)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • parmesan - 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - fresh chopped, for sprinkling

How to make

Julienne the chicken and season with salt and black pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan and put the meat to fry until golden.

Add the crushed garlic, and then liquid cream after a bit. Stir and add the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and just before removing from the heat, add the grated parmesan. Serve with chopped dill.
