"The popular tagliatelle - this time cooked with salmon and shrimp"

Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salmon - 2.1 oz (60 g) smoked, marinated
  • shrimp - 5.3 oz (150 g) peeled
  • fish broth - 1 1/2 cups (300 ml)
  • flour - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • spinach - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • onions - 5.3 oz (150 g) white/not spicy
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • olive oil - 5 1/3 tbsp (80 ml)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

First heat the olive oil. Fry the chopped onion in it for about 5 minutes.

Pour the flour inside and fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour the broth and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy. It is best that the hob is not too strongly heated, so that it doesn't burn on the bottom.

Add the chopped spinach and season with salt and black pepper. Shortly afterwards, add the salmon in pieces and the peeled shrimp. Cook for another minute, then reduce to low heat.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Strain it and add it to the pasta sauce.

Stir and serve the tagliatelle warm.
