How to make
Peel a mango and cut it into small cubes. Set aside a little to decorate the yogurt cream.
Put the cottage cheese, yoghurt, honey and sliced mango in a deep bowl.
Blend everything until a smooth cream is obtained.
Add chia seeds to the cream and stir.
Distribute the cream into 4 dessert bowls or cups and decorate them with the mango pieces and a handful of frozen blueberries on top.
Place the bowls in the refrigerator for a few hours and then enjoy this low-calorie mango and chia cream with a fresh mango flavor.
