Ingredients

  • dry yeast - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • flour - about 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • milk - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • liquid chocolate - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • water - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • salt - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
  • oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • sugar - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)

How to make

Mix the water, milk, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. The ingredients should be at room temperature.

Stir and leave the mixture for a few minutes until the yeast activates. Then add salt, oil and the egg.

Add the sifted flour in portions and knead the dough. Grease it and leave it to rise.

Divide the dough into balls. You can roll it out into a round crust and cut the donuts with a cup or a cookie cutter.

Put in the middle of each on 1 tsp. of chocolate and make a ball from the dough. Roll them lightly to shape them better.

Fry the chocolate donuts in an oil bath on all sides.

Serve the perfect chocolate donuts.
