How to make
Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half if they are large. Dry. Fry the bacon until golden. Remove it from the pan.
In the same oil, add the butter. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté it. Add the mushrooms, wine and spices. Cover the pan and leave on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Finally, add the bacon, cream and lemon juice. Serve slightly chilled. Garnish with parsley.
