Ingredients

  • dough - ready - made, for pizza
  • vienna sausages - 2
  • mushrooms - 6
  • red onions - 1/3 head
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) grated
  • pickles - 2
  • olive oil
  • tomato paste - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt
  • oregano - dry

How to make

Spread the dough out in a large greased tray, or make 2 smaller pizzas in 2 trays. Spread the top evenly with the tomato puree and sprinkle it with some spices.

Arrange Vienna sausage slices, thin crescents of red onion, mushrooms and pickles, cut into thin slices. Evenly pour in a trickle of olive oil, sprinkle with some spices and grated cheese.

Sprinkle dried oregano again and put it in a highly heated oven at 390°F (200 °C) to bake for about 20 minutes or until ready.
