How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Cut the olives into rings, the cheese into thin rectangular pieces and julienne the peppers.
Combine everything in a large bowl, add the tuna fillets, both types of cooked beans and mix with salt, black pepper, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
Serve with a sliced quartered egg and some chopped parsley.
