"Today we present you with a recipe for a healthy spread from the Arabic cuisine"

Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • lemon juice - the juice from 2 lemons
  • salt - by taste
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • tahini - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olive oil
  • ice - 2.5 oz (70 g)

How to make

Leave the chickpeas soaked in water overnight.

You should be able to crush them with two fingers easily.

Put them to boil and soften.

Transfer the chickpeas into a blender and blend them well.

Add the tahini, lemon juice, yogurt and olive oil, salt and blend the delicious hummus again.

The hummus is ready when a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
