Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • soy sauce - 1/3 cup
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • ginger - 1 tbsp.
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • chili - 1 tbsp. (or by taste)
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • beef - 1.1 lb (500 g) minced meat
  • broccoli - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • spring onions - 2 stalks

How to make

This Thai Rice with Broccoli and Minced Meat is for fans of exotic cuisine.

Finely chop the onion. Press the garlic. Finely grate the ginger.

Chop the broccoli into pieces.

Boil the rice in two cups of salted water and set it aside.

Rinse and strain it, if you like.

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, vinegar and chili.

Fry the minced meat in heated oil, until it changes its color, for about 6-7 minutes.

When the meat is fried, strain out the excess fat, add the broccoli, onion, rice and the soy sauce mixture.

Stir well and leave it on the heat for another 4-5 minutes, until the broccoli soften.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve the rice with minced meat immediately, which is inspired by the Thai cuisine.
