How to make
The chicken meat is cleaned from the skin and put to boil. The boiled (not too much) meat is removed, cooled and cut into thin slices lengthwise - yielding a total of 4 pieces of chicken.
Heat oil in a wide pan and sprinkle it with salt and put the chicken to sauté. Beat the mayonnaise and wine with a whisk and pour it over the chicken breasts. Allow to cook until just the oil remains and then put it in a warm platter. In the same pan, add a little more butter and put in the drained corn.
Stew briefly and season it with salt and pepper. Remove and mix with chopped dill. Around the chicken, distribute piles of corn. The chicken with mayonnaise and corn is served with fresh or steamed vegetables.
