How to make
Peel the zucchini and grate them. Add the eggs, olive oil, flour, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil in a pan.
Pour spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and fry the zucchini on both sides. As soon as you put them in the pan, sprinkle one side with breadcrumbs. Serve the schnitzels with zucchini with a sauce made of the beaten yoghurt with a little olive oil, dill, salt and mustard.
You can bake them in an oven in a well-greased tray instead of frying.
