How to make
Beat the eggs with a little salt in a bowl using a fork.
Add the flour, ground meat, water and stir. Add the grated onions and spices and stir again.
Pour in a spoon of oil into a small pan, with a nonstick coating if possible, and heat on the stove.
Use a large spoon to pour the mixture into the heated oil and spread it out carefully, smooth it out into a round schnitzel shape.
Once reddened, flip over with a spatula and fry on the other side.
Garnish with vegetables of your choice.
