How to make
Spread out the chicken, place it in transparent foil and gently tenderize it, so it doesn't get ripped apart. Season each steak to taste with spices on both sides and fill each with a mixture made from crushed ham, cheese, smoked cheese and pickles.
Season each steak with the spices before you roll it up. The rolls are securely closed with toothpicks and fried in highly preheated oil right after being rolled in flour well.
Remove the toothpicks from the rolls and serve with a garnish of your choice.
