How to make
Mix the chopped pork with the scones that have been soaked in milk or water ahead of time and drained well. Add the eggs, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, milk.
Knead this mixture well and in the center, put a piece of cheese, wrap well and make 4 small oblong rolls, then roll them in flour.
Bake in an oven dish with heated oil. Cut the cooled baked pork roulades into slices and serve with fried potatoes and a sauce of your choice.
