How to make
For these aromatic apple muffins, peel the apple, wash and grate it. Drain it from the juice and set it aside.
Beat the egg with the sugar using a mixer.
Add the oil and milk.
Add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
Turn off the mixer and add the grated apples and finely chopped dates. Stir with a silicone spatula.
Arrange the paper muffin cups in the tin.
Fill the mixture halfway.
Sprinkle the apple muffins with the almonds and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until they're done.
Take them out, leave them to cool and before serving, sprinkle the apple muffins with powdered sugar.
