  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 4 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • feta cheese - 1 cup, grated
  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper - coarsely ground
  • paprika - 3 tablespoons
  • yoghurt - 4 cups
  • salt

How to make

Sift the flour and baking powder. Melt the butter and add the yoghurt, beaten eggs, sugar and salt. Put the flour into a deep bowl, make a well and top with the yoghurt mixture.

Blend into a soft dough and roll out a sheet. Sprinkle with grated feta cheese mixed with paprika and half a cup of yoghurt on top.

Roll it up and smear it with egg. The feta cheese roll is then baked until golden in a medium heated oven.
