"Tasty and tender potatoes with a special sauce and aromatic spices"

Ingredients

  • pork - 23 oz (650 g)
  • rice - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • onions - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • tomatoes - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • black pepper - 10 - 12 peppercorns
  • paprika
  • eggs - 1
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Clean the meat of its coarse connective tissue, wash it and grind it in a meat grinder. Add the cleaned, washed, boiled, drained and cooled rice, the beaten egg, the ground black pepper, 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) of butter and salt.

Knead the mince well and place it in the refrigerator to rest and absorb the flavors. In the rest of the butter and water, cook the other 1/2 onion until golden. Add the paprika, peeled and grated tomatoes. Cook over low heat until the products are left mostly in grease. Add 1 cup (250 ml) of warm water, in which you have dissolved the broth.

Once the sauce boils, add the shaped and rolled in flour meatballs. Allow them to cook until ready, do not stir the dish, but occasionally shake the pot. Serve warm.
