Ingredients

  • pears - 6 smaller pears (cleaned and cut into cubes)
  • soft butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • brown sugar - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • ground almonds - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • almond extract - 1 tsp. (or vanilla)

How to make

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

Arrange the sliced fruit in 6 bowls.

Beat the butter and sugar into a frothy mixture, add the eggs, vanilla extract one by one and finally add the ground almonds.

Pour the resulting paste on the fruit and bake the dessert with pears in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until it aquires a golden brown color.

Serve the pear frangipane warm.
