How to make
Pour the coffee into the bowl of the mixer, add the sugar and water. Beat everything on low speed, so that the ingredients blend well.
Stir around the walls of the bowl with a silicone spatula, so that the coffee does not stick. Then beat the mixture at high speed for about 5-7 minutes.
Check the consistency with a spoon, you should get a thick cream, which you can scoop without it falling off of the spoon.
Distribute it into cups/bowls and cool it briefly.
The cream is served cold.
