How to make
Cut the meat into small chunks and fry in the butter. When browned, add the chopped onions with tomato paste dissolved in 2 cups of warm water. Sprinkle it with paprika, salt, mix well and pour the mixture into an oven dish.
Pour in hot water, enough to cover the products, bake in a moderate oven. When the meat becomes tender, add a topping of beaten eggs, flour, yoghurt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
Bake until the top browns.
