How to make

Clean the ribeye steaks from any veins and skins. Pound them, so that they become thin and shape them at the edges.

Mix the mustard, salad dressing, lemon juice, half of the chives, honey, crushed garlic clove and tabasco sauce and mix everything well.

Put the pounded ribeye steaks in a shallow dish and spread them with the prepared marinade. Cover the plate with foil and refrigerate them for 2 hours or overnight.

Separately prepare a dressing from the spices by mixing the sour cream, half of the chives and ground paprika. Distribute it into 6 sauce cups.

After waiting for the marinated steaks long enough, it's time to put them on the grill. Grease the heated barbecue with oil and grill the steaks.

On high heat, grill the juicy steaks for about 2 minutes on one side, then turn them on the other side for another 2 minutes. If they are not grilled well enough, repeat the procedure.

Serve the grilled ribeye steaks with mustard along with the dressing.

We can pour ourselves a glass of red wine and enjoy this delicacy.
