Ingredients

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • flour - 14 oz (400 g)
  • baking powder - 1 pc.
  • carbonated water - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp.
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • orange peel - grated orange or tangerine peel
  • powdered sugar
  • coconut shavings - or glaze

How to make

Beat the eggs with a mixer and add the sugar.

Add the baking powder in a glass of sparkling water. Stir and add it to the other mixture. Pour the oil and cocoa.

Grate the peels. Sift the flour and add it. Everything is beaten with the mixer.

Grease the baking pan with a little oil, pour the mixture and put it in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) to bake until it's done.

When you take it out, sprinkle it with whatever you want.

I personally chose powdered sugar.
