  • caviar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 1 or 2
  • breadcrumbs - 4/5 tablespoons
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Choose caviar from a fresh fishcarp, hake or other. Remove the skins. Put it in a bowl.

Add the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, baking soda and salt. Mix well. You must obtain a medium-thick mixture. Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and fry it in oil - but not too hot because it will spray.
