How to make
Garlic is crushed or blended along with the olive oil and lemon juice.
To the resulting mixture in a narrow and tall container pour the oil, crack the egg and add the saffron and salt.
Use a liquidizer and position it at the bottom of the container. Turn it on at maximum speed and do not move it until you see that the bottom begins to turn white and thicken.
Then slowly start pulling the appliance up and moving it on both sides until the mixture is completely emulsified and you get a thick paste.
Serve the finished Aioli with potatoes, rice, meat or seafood.
