Ingredients

  • filo pastry sheets - 8 pcs. (fine)
  • spinach - 5 handfuls of leaves
  • arugula - 5 handfuls of leaves
  • spring onions - 4 stalks
  • fresh garlic - 2 stalks
  • walnuts - 6.3 oz (180 g)
  • oil - 5 tbsp. + for greasing
  • amaranth - 2 handfuls of leaves
  • sesame seeds - 4 tbsp. + for sprinkling
  • mint - 12 fresh leaves
  • parsley - optional
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Pour oil into a pan and heat it up. Fry the garlic and onion until they soften. Add sesame seeds and chopped walnuts.

Add the finely chopped green ingredients. Season with salt. Once the filling for the filo pastries sets, remove it from the hob.

Cut the sheets in half, so that you can get 16 pcs. Grease each filo pastry sheet, add the stuffing, fold, wrap the lean filo pastries into the desired shape.

Arrange the sumptuous filo pastries in a baking pan greased with fat, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and bake them at 360°F (180 degrees) until they aquire a golden brown color.
