Ingredients

  • white beans - 1.1 lb (500 g) - 1 jar canned or boiled
  • roasted red peppers - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • mint - 1 handful of fresh leaves
  • apple cider vinegar - by taste
  • oil - about 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Strain the beans from the liquid in the tin.

If you are going to boil them, depending on the type, boil them until they soften, but so that the grains still remain whole and don't become mushy.

You can use plain white beans or large ones.

Chop the onion into thin crescents and the red peppers into small pieces. Finely chop the fresh mint.

Mix all of the products and season them with as much salt, vinegar and oil as you like.

Very easy traditional Bulgarian salad, which with the addition to fresh mint turns out incredible!
