How to make
Clean and cut all of the vegetables into pieces. Fill them with 3 cups (750 ml) of water (maybe more if you don't want the soup to be that thick). Season it with salt.
Put it on medium heat, under a lid for 25 minutes, until the vegetables soften and cook well.
Add the butter and black pepper and puree until a perfectly smooth mixture is obtained.
Serve the delicious and fragrant winter cream soup into bowls, by putting a spoonful of sour cream in each one and sprinkling it with olive oil (must be extra virgin olive oil). This is an incredible cream soup.
