Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 1 pc. (large)
  • dried tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mozzarella - 7 oz (200 g)
  • olive paste - 4 tsp.
  • walnuts - 1.4 oz (40 g) roasted
  • pesto - 4 tbsp.
  • olive oil - by taste
  • coarse salt
  • balsamic vinegar reduction

How to make

Cut the tomatoes into 4 beautiful slices and arrange them on a plate. Spread each one of them with a spoonful of pesto.

Place mozzarella slices on top and spread them the dried tomatoes on top.

In the middle of each of the four parts of the salad put a teaspoon of olive paste and sprinkle with walnuts.

Season the salad with plenty of olive oil and coarse salt and decorate it with balsamic vinegar reduction.

Enjoy the wonderful taste of the salad in company with pasta, pizza or risotto and a glass of good wine!
