Ingredients

  • sea bream - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • lemons - 1 lemon
  • rosemary - 2 twigs
  • fresh parsley - 5 sprigs
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • fresh thyme - 4 stalks
  • fresh dill - 5 stalks

How to make

Clean the fish well and wash it. Spread the sea bream with salt and olive oil everywhere. Put the spices on the fish.

Grease the baking tray. Place the sea bream fish in it and drizzle them with a little more fat. Add a slice of lemon on each.

Roast the fish for half an hour at 390°F (200°C). When their eyes turn white, they are ready.

Serve the roasted sea bream with lemon slices.

Remove the twigs of herbs from the Mediterranean-Style Roasted Sea Bream.
