How to make
First prepare the lemon sauce. For it, you need to crush or finely chop two cloves of garlic in a bowl.
Add the juice of one lemon and olive oil to them. Stir the mixture vigorously until it turns white.
Add the dried oregano, finely chopped basil leaves, salt to taste and black pepper.
Stir the sauce again and set aside.
The cleaned sea bream are salted inside and out. Dried oregano and lemon slices are placed in the slit in their belly.
The sea bream fish are spread with olive oil and placed on a grill. They are grilled on both sides for 10 minutes.
