  • bananas - 1 pc. (125 g)
  • apples - 1/2 pc. (60 g)
  • peaches - 1 pc. (120 g)
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • water - 2.5 cups (500 ml) cold, mineral
  • sugar - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • ice cubes - for serving

How to make

Peel the fruit and chop them into pieces. Carefully clean the lemon, so that no white parts of the peel or seeds remain.

They are placed in a bender or chopper, which is powerful enough to blend everything into a very fine puree.

Add the sugar and blend everything for about a minute and a half.

Pour the fruit puree into a jug with ice cubes and dilute it with 2.5 cups of water.

Stir and the nectar is served immediately.
