How to make
Peel the fruit and chop them into pieces. Carefully clean the lemon, so that no white parts of the peel or seeds remain.
They are placed in a bender or chopper, which is powerful enough to blend everything into a very fine puree.
Add the sugar and blend everything for about a minute and a half.
Pour the fruit puree into a jug with ice cubes and dilute it with 2.5 cups of water.
Stir and the nectar is served immediately.
