Ingredients

  • eggs - 10
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) or 2 cups
  • flour - 2 tbsp (30 g) or 3 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g), crumbled
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Whisk the eggs and add the flour to them, that's been diluted in a little cold milk, as well as the remaining milk and the chopped parsley.

Add salt to the mixture, and put it into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle it with crumbled feta cheese and bake in a moderate oven.
