Ingredients

  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • milk - 3 tablespoons
  • tomato paste - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • paprika - 2 pinches
  • savory

How to make

Melt the butter in a pan and dissolve the flour in it while stirring. Carefully add the milk (if needed, use more) and some of the sauce, which the stuffed peppers had been cooking in.

Then, add the tomato paste. Stir until it boils and season with salt, black pepper and savory. Finally, heat the oil, add the paprika and fry the sauce with it.
