How to make

Cut the cabbage into small pieces and squash it with salt and lemon juice, then put it to stew in a little oil in a pressure cooker. Sauté the finely cut onion lightly with oil and water, add the rice and sauté until lightly swollen. Season the minced meat with a little garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Grind the peppers, 2 tomatoes and parsley. Fry the minced meat with the spices in a little hot oil, while adding a little water. Put the mince in with the rice, pour in some of the tomato sauce, and cut the 3rd tomato into the cabbage. Spread the cabbage in a greased oven dish, pour in the mixture and mix well.

Sprinkle it with a little oil and salt and put it to bake until ready in a moderate oven. Top the ready moussaka with a blend of 3 eggs, the milk and 2 tablespoons of flour.
