  • pork trotters - 6
  • broth - 4 cups
  • wine - 4 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf - 3
  • onions - 4 - 5 heads
  • cloves - 6 - 8 pieces
  • butter - 1 package, melted
  • breadcrumbs - for rolling
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Wash the pork trotters and slit them lengthwise. Put them to boil for a few hours with the broth, wine, salt, black pepper, bay leaf, onions and cloves.

Clean the cooked pork trotters of the bones and open them up. Roll them in melted butter and breadcrumbs and fry them in very hot oil.
