How to make
Syrup the first cake layer with the compote juice.
Whip the cream with a mixer, by gradually adding sugar and vanilla.
Spread the syrup cake layer with the cream, add a few banana slices and proceed with the other cake layers.
Smooth out the top and sides nicely with the cream.
Melt sugar with a little water and pour the resulting caramel over the cake.
Decorate with chocolate topping.
Cover the finished cake with the chocolate sprinkles nicely. From the rest of the cream, pipe out roses on top and whatever letter you want.
