How to make
Start preparing the oven-baked chicken drumsticks with peas, by washing them first and then rolling them in paprika and black pepper.
Season them with salt and arrange them in a baking pan.
Put a little oil on each drumstick, pour about 2 cups (500 ml) of water and bake them in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
During this time, prepare the vegetables by heating the oil and stewing the finely chopped onion and garlic in it for 1-2 minutes.
Add the carrots and tomatoes also cut into pieces.
Stew them for another 1-2 minutes and add the peas, once you have strained them from the water.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of flour and pour about 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) of warm water.
Sprinkle with paprika, savory herb, vegetable seasoning and as much salt as you like.
Add 2-3 bay leaves and mix well.
Remove the baking pan with the semi-cooked chicken drumsticks.
Pour the peas into the baking pan, by distributing them between the drumsticks.
Place the baking pan back into the oven and bake the dish for another 30 minutes.
The oven-baked chicken drumsticks with peas are very appetizing and delicious.
