  • dry yeast - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • milk - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 1 tsp.
  • ground hazelnuts

How to make

In a bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix everything. Add the eggs, oil and stir.

Slowly pour the milk and stir. Leave the dough to stand for 60 minutes.

Roll the dough out with a rolling pin and use metal molds to make the shapes you want. Leave them to stand for 10 minutes.

Place them in heated oil and fry the donuts on both sides.

Sprinkle them with ground hazelnuts.
