Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)

How to make

Stew the spinach with a little water until it softens and the water evaporates.

Boil the potatoes, peel and finely grate them.

Add the spinach, finely chopped onion, feta cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs and the other seasonings.

Knead the mixture well and form it into meatballs.

Fry them rolled in flour, breadcrumbs and eggs.
