To make the fruit cake, beat the egg with the sugar. Melt the margarine slightly and add it to the eggs. Pour the flour and baking powder and beat everything and continue to knead by hand.
Put the sour cream, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding in a bowl and mix everything. Mix the eggs with the cottage cheese and combine them with the milk mixture.
Put the dough into a cake tin and pour the filling. Put slices of tangerine on top of the filling.
Bake the tangerine pudding cake at 320°F (160 degrees) for 70 minutes.
