How to make
Peel, clean and cut the two pears into thin, long pieces.
Place them in the syrup along with the cinnamon and cloves. Add brown sugar only if the syrup or juice is not very sweet.
Place everything on medium heat to boil for 8-10 minutes, then leave it to infuse, until the aromatic liquid cools completely.
Strain and mix it with sparkling water. Pour enough of it to get the desired sweetness.
Put pieces of boiled pears in a wide punch bowl or directly in separate cups.
Pour in the punch and add the pieces of the third remaining fresh pear.
The one that is boiled will go to the bottom and the other will float on the top.
Garnish it with mint leaves and serve with sparkling pear punch.
This punch is non-alcoholic, but if you wish, you can add rum or vodka. It's up to you.
Cheers!
