How to make
Cut the well-ripened avocado into pieces and sprinkle it with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Pour the condensed milk and mascarpone to it and blend them until you get a smooth cream.
Divide this avocado cream into small bowls and refrigerate it to set.
Once you take it out, leave it at room temperature for a bit and then consume it with various crackers.
The avocado cream is very tasty.
