How to make

When you feel like eating something more filling, try this pork belly with rice and soy sauce in oven.

Cut the pork belly into long strips and then into large cubes. Marinate them in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sugar, pepper and a tablespoon or two of oil.

They should be left in the refrigerator for several hours.

Chop the onion and fry it in the remaining oil until it softens, then add the finely chopped carrots. Once they start to aquire an appetizing color, add the meat, parsley and two more spoons of soy sauce. Stir for a minute or two.

Pour the rice and fry it with everything else.

Transfer it into a baking pan, pour water in a ratio of 2.5 or 3:1, depending on the brand and variety you use (check the instructions on the package).

If necessary, add a little salt.

Bake the rice dish in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until the liquid is absorbed by the rice - about 25-30 minutes.

All you have to do is enjoy this classic rice and pork.

Enjoy your meal!
