Ingredients

  • macaroni - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • salsa - 1/2 cup
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • milk - 2 tablespoons
  • olives - 6 pitless
  • corn - 2 tablespoons
  • cucumbers - 1/2 a cucumber, peeled
  • cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
  • vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the macaroni according to package directions. Then rinse it off with cold water, and transfer it into a large bowl. Mix with a blend made from the cream, salsa, mayonnaise and milk.

Add finely chopped cucumber cubes, cherry tomatoes and bisected olives. Mix and season it with vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
